3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable use

You may use CayDocs only for lawful purposes and only in connection with genuine Cayman Islands employment and immigration matters. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials.

5. Intellectual property

The CayDocs platform, including its software, design, and content, is the intellectual property of CayDocs. Generated documents are yours to use for their intended purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

CayDocs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of documents generated on the platform. Use is at your own risk. Always seek professional legal advice before executing employment or immigration documents.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands courts.
